Like Chris yours has the same perculiarity, the rough surface obscures it to a large extent, however the excellent close up snaps highlight it in both decals. If you were not closely looking for it you would probably miss it!


On an early M35 it would come across more pronounced.


The quality snaps really help.

I will have to travel up the Cerbourg penninsula for my M35 then

My abode is resistance country, some beautiful small museums, war memorials and cafes

No point in any further discussion, thought you had a big villa and pool overlooking the Bay

I actually have three villas, only one with a pool, but unfortunately only the studio is free at the moment...

Bring your "Bretagne camo" M.35 here : after a few "pastis", I'll make you an offer you won't be able to refuse.

And after that, I will indicate you a few museums ; one is the "Resistance Museum" : it's about one and a half hour by road from Nice (in the village of Castellane) : it's really worth spending an afternoon there and visit it.
