    Juncker manufacturing helmets?

    Good evening
Im researching the history of C.E.Juncker and came across an add for the company specifing "helme" as one of their business branches.
Now, having flipped through their catalogue from pre III reich era Im aware they produced tschakos, spiked helmets and various fire and police helmets but their manufacture during III reich was unknown to me.
My question is this- were they (CEJ) a widely known supplier of helmets and if so does anyone have a original example of such a beast they would like to share. Also if anyone knows-did they produce helmets for wehrmacht or were they for civil branches (police/fire services)
Below is the add I came across (DtReichsAdrbuch-1938)
    cheers

I am also a badge and medal collector...the ad is interesting. CEJ never produced combat helmets during the TR era, of that I am sure. I have also never seen a TR era civil or ceremonial helmet produced by them (or at least marked as such). But there is your ad from 1938...it must have applied to something! I do know they produced ceremonial helmets during the Imperial era...the Garde du Korps types I believe they are called, made primarily from metal and sometimes marked in the same way their badges are..

      Hi,

is it possible that they got the helmets from a supplier and just offered them for sale in their name ?

Just a thought as I have also never heared of Juncker producing helmets.

Could it be part of an address?

Theoretically I guess it is possible but why? We know they produced helmets in the 20s and early 30s without outsourcing so they certainly had means to produce them later on. As far as "helme" being part of the address-for me a bit of a stretch.Pretty sure it pertains to the business branch rather than address.
          cheers
