helmet help please

hi guys, please could i have some opinions on this helmet, the pics are not great sorry. i have no helmets as of yet and have just started to buy books and research them so go easy on me. the helmet is priced at £190 and i thought that was a good price for a starter helmet. i appreciate your help, regards mark.

the helmets looks ok form a far, yet I have no opinion on the wier, I dont see the usall signs of it having being ther for 60 years, specialy by the looks of the liner!!

I would like to see some better pictures of the helmet in natural daylight. Could you provide us with that?

From the pictures the helmet has a chance and the price seems good if the helmet is original. I´m not sure about the wire

Please help us with some more pictures

I have to agree the net looks new but from the pics the rest looks like it has a chance and for 190£ = 395$ who cares if the net is not original to the helmet if the rest is good? Still a good price for a reissued SD army M35helmet with liner and chinstrap!

But better pictures would help

Don't start with a wire helmet for sure as your first lid.....! Get a basic SD off of the Estand here and you can't go wrong. I don't have a wire helmet and I have been collecting since the late 1970's.... Someday I might get one but I would be sure to buy from someone here on this board after a peer review of the lid....! thanks for the help, i should point out that it is not my intention to start with a wire but just a cheap starter lid to study and get the feel of it. i had searched this site looking at wire lids and it became clear to me that the wire had not been there for long. i don`t have money to waste and you can be sure that any lid i am interested in will be put on here for review before i put my hand in my pocket best regards, mark.

IMO a real bargain if you don't consider the wire that's absolutely post added.
