Anyone have in their collection a M35 single decal? Not a reissue or a M35 with the National shield removed but one that is considered a transitional between the M35DD and M40SD.

A M35 made from the factory with only one decal. Not a reissue or overpaint that was one a DD.
Now some can be difficult to determine as it seems some original owners had a nack for removing a Nation decal leaving hardly no traces..Comment

I have an M35 SD with rough matt green paint, single decal on top of that, can't see any sign of it being a re-issued DD. Zinc liner but it's so tight I can't see the date.
Does that sound right?Comment

side. As you can see the decal has been touched up on the chest. I haven't tried to see if the addition will come off. Actually, I'm not even 100% that the decal is good.Comment

Like this one...
This one has been whitewashed once as traces are left on the paint and around the vents/rivets. Notice the pre-war configuration but no National Shield..
This is what I'm looking for...quite hard to find but hoping a member might have one in his collection..Comment
