    M35SD's

Anyone have in their collection a M35 single decal? Not a reissue or a M35 with the National shield removed but one that is considered a transitional between the M35DD and M40SD.

    No one with a M35SD non-reissue?

I don't think I have one. What would be the criteria?

A M35 made from the factory with only one decal. Not a reissue or overpaint that was one a DD.
Now some can be difficult to determine as it seems some original owners had a nack for removing a Nation decal leaving hardly no traces..

I have an M35 SD with rough matt green paint, single decal on top of that, can't see any sign of it being a re-issued DD. Zinc liner but it's so tight I can't see the date.

          Does that sound right?

side. As you can see the decal has been touched up on the chest. I haven't tried to see if the addition will come off. Actually, I'm not even 100% that the decal is good.

              That one is a reissue.

I can't tell about the decal as the pics to large. Can you size them down?

                  Like this one...
This one has been whitewashed once as traces are left on the paint and around the vents/rivets. Notice the pre-war configuration but no National Shield..
This is what I'm looking for...quite hard to find but hoping a member might have one in his collection..
