    German issued helmet netting

    Hello gents,

I want further comments of this helmet-netting which is for sale on the Coll. Guild.

In my opinion it is a real nice original one withoout any doubts.

    Suggestions ??

Anyone got good pics of (simular) German issued helmet-nettings ????

          Hello Thijs,

A textbook netting for a steep price in my view. Four years ago a similar net was offered for $ 635. That was IMO also steep at that time.

These helmet nets become very rare nowadays.
I saw a only a very few for sale within a few years.
Marcel, I must admit: the price is very high !!
(but..... these nettings are looking exceptional on a helmet )

Any pics of helmet-nettings around ??

That one looks good to me. There is one on a helmet on collectortocollectormilitaria.com. It is identical. I also did see one for sale and it had a price tag of 1,175.00. So the 635.00 sounds like a very fair price. I have one and it has the hook and loop just like yours. Bill

Looks like a nice original example, if you are willing to pay the price is up to you, but they don't turn up for sale that often these days. Tim.
