Perry, I think you should give us your opinion. After all, you have the helmet in your hands so you have a 'real' view of it and quite often it seems the photo doesn't always tell the whole story.

Whether I'm right or wrong doesn't matter... I'm here to learn so personally I'd like to see your opinion and then let's see if opinions change following your reasoning.

Well everyone stays happy this way
The purpose was to actually show the clues used to help in determining between a Heer decal and a KM decal can sometimes be useless, as I've stated before..Here I feel is the perfect example of that..
Stay tuned I'll find another that is as difficult. I run across them every so often..
