Here's one for debate..
Is it a KM or a Heer adler?

I would say KM...that light line on top is a characteristic I have seen before on KM decals

Well, I would say a Heer eagle. The "light line" is not a characteristic IMO (below) ; but the color and its uniformity are.

About this, remember too that the number doesn't make the truth...

I would also say KM... I think the important thing to decide on this one is (IMO) are the lighter areas where it is damaged silver or white?

If white then KM else toned heer.

Hi Guys, I would guess toned Heer from the pics? The gilt of a KM decal is more often a much brighter gilt than shown here. Are the silver marks here and there showing the decals true nature?

I do agree with Andy's observations that KM decals sometimes display the line to the top of the decal.

I look forwards to knowing the answer. Lets hope some more members put in their views before the answer is revealed.

Is the metallic content helping you determine? How about the ridge? Are those clues helping you here, are you having to throw them to the side??

Oh, and the little white spot on the swas. was were it traded paint with something. Not the actual decal but something over it...
