i wouldnt to to fast to dismiss it, why,,,,, well, if we assume it was done by a child, where do you think he might of seen these runes before ? maybe the small runes he didnt think were big enough are UNDERNEATH the picture he drew, just an idea, what do you think ?

Good thinking.....but the dreadful runes are a little too far back for that to be the case.

i would not pay much for it but i would if offered it for a reasonable price.i would say this helmet was bought back by a vet and handed to his son who added the runes is that not history in itself.it looked like a nice camo and still is a camo just altered by a kid many years ago.
