RLB Transitional Helmet Opinions

I have the oportunity to purchase an RLB sunburst emblem transitional helmet with complete liner and chinstrap. Assuming it is real, what is its value? Knowing the source of this helmet, I can be rest assured it is real. Hoping for opinions. I do not have it for pics right now. Thanks friends, Bill

It is light brown.

Assuming it is real, a ballpark price is somewhere around $2000 I would think.

The brown color would worry me a bit though. Standard colors for these are green, Luftschutz dark blue, or black. But I guess anything is possible.
