You need to go no further than page 19 to see my side...with the understanding that colors and textures cannot be counted on in the case with photos on the internet or with regards to colors or dimensions. The book is flawed as an absolute guide and should be used as a guideline amongst many other sources.

George, I am sorry the decal reference you refer to of ppg 19 of SS Steel is not similar to the decal you posted at all, but rather a perfect match to the decal I posted. There are very clear differences from the pulver to shield design to subtle but important changes to the runes.

There is no controversy, they are repo decals plain and simple. Why they are presented as original on ebay isn't really hard to figure out either.

I have no desire to continue posting unless an idiot like yourself that doesn't know me or the facts continues to stay on the soapbox. When you do know your facts let's have a civil discusssion. Otherwise, continue to be a weasle behind the computer! My reputation is excellent with those that I have done business with (including some attacking me now by the way). It seems to be forgotten here that the facts are that I disagree with the opinions and was offering an ironclad gurantee to any buyer. Where the hell is the problem, other than some so-called experts don't like being challenged. Those that live in glass houses should not throw stones!

selling a turd helmet as original hoping some poor schmuck who doesn't know any better will stick it on his shelf and never show anyone is wrong....even if you offer a guarantee... you have gotten some opinions from some of the most well known and respect SS collectors in the world.... the helmet is a turd... but im pretty sure you knew this already... i dont know you.... i dont want to know you... i will never do business with you.... hows that for your reputation????
