        Great photos!

        I don`t know If that`s only me, but most of those guys seem very sad, depressed, home missing and many of them look to me as If they had teardrops in their eyes..

          Here's another period photo of an SS soldier (SS Deutschland) wearing a black M35 helmet. This helmet has a very matte black finish and looks to have been scraped along the top.

                      Color Photo

                      Here is my one and only contribution. Kept it as it was hand-tinted and a 1.5 feet high and in the original frame. Picked it up many years ago at a German flea market.
