          I am rather shocked that my first posting is a fake. If I had any idea it was a reproduction, I would not have posted the photo.

            Thank you for the information. I'm very disappointed to learn this decal is fake. Especially since it's reflects a significant loss of money.

              decal

              I was once burned by the same fake decal. It is very easy to spot nowadays. It is 100% "FAKE" The bent leg is what gives it away for me

                I too thought this was a trick or something.. no go on that first decal.
                Here's one I had handy that was on a former helmet of mine.
                An M35 Q, factory issue single decal, rough outer paint in the 1940 configuration style.
