heres anothet helmet the helmet is nice but again is the decal a rero thanks for the help Perry and co.can you tell from one picture?

merdock, sorry to have to say again, but yes this is a reproduction. Looks like someomne took a early reissue M35 and screwed it up. Notice the heavy active rust on the decal but nothing like that anywhere else. Plus the obvoius repo decal itself. A place was probably dug-out for the decal..

Hi ,Thanks perry ,the brown on the decal is not rust but some type of laquer.

Hi ,Me again do you think its possible to remove the decal as the helmet is very good other wise.

No, it would in a way be creating a fake from a fake...
If you remove it you'll give someone down the road when you sell it the never knowing speculation it was a SS helmet. See what I'm saying?
