Luft M40 ET64

Just wanted to take a moment to show this Luft SD. The eagle is still pretty well represented. The liner is very dry and has the end of 4 tongues torn, but all are present and still tied to the top of the liner. One pin is loose but the other two seem to be pretty tight.

The end of the chinstrap is also torn but is present, still strapped into the buckle.

Not a perfect mint helmet, but the shell is in very good condition, the liner relatively intact and the decal is not unattractive. This will probably go to the estand in the near future so I would appreciate any comment/observation.

I of course can show more pictures if need be.
