unknown DD helmet m35

Hi,
Does any body have any ideas as to this helmet ,it's a 1937 dated single alluminium band all original fittings etc with 2 silver coloured shields also what is unusual is the helmet appears to bronze plated proir to painting as it is to smooth for paint and will polish .Any input greatly appreciated.

It will probably remain unknown but it's more than likely a Heer reissue...

As Perry has stated, I would guess it is a reissue whose decals have been partially removed before repainting. As far as I know, white or silver was the basic colour of the Heer-decals. So this could remain, when You try to remove the decals to a certain degree.
