Police Decal, please help.

Had this M34 helmet. I think the decal is origianl but looking closer at it I am not sure anymore, the white boarder is uneven in thickness throughout...

Someone please put my mind at ease...or break my heart kindly

Ive seen another Police decal with uneven boarders that was said to original but I would still ask for others opinions on this one.
