Tony, Never saw that before.
Of course the Romanian's were fighting on the side of the Germans on the Eastern Front, and also at the end of the war, Volkssturm units were using anything available.. Who knows, maybe it is a last ditch Volkssturm helmet or something.. I certainly have not seen that before...
