Looks like a bad decal to me.

Can you post some better close-up pics of the camo and from the inside of the liner ?
Some details of the decal are not good to me and I would stay away from this one.

The black lines on the decal are to sharpe also im not sure about the camo looks, like soneones sponged on the wrong paint.
