Celleon doesn't fade that much. it is more then likely a calvery crusher. I had once a coastal artillerie officers overseas hat that was upgraded from EM's in france using the cellon piping and it looked the same as this. However Dave is the expert on visors so I'll hesitate to say good or bad.
