a friend in my workplace who know that i collect this parts sell it to me

The helmet is as far as I know not a german though, its a hungarian. Still nice though!

No oil for helmets !!!!

Oil is only for salads, automobile engines, and sqeaky door hinges! NEVER on a helmet! You just devalued that helmet by 90%.......

what is the problem with it?

he isnt in the condition like on the foto, of course not

the oil (wd40) was only for cleaning it, cleanign it without pressure, maybe a misunderstanding?

what do you think of me the helmet laid 40 years in a cellar

on the pictures you can see that the helmet was in former days blue?
also the nieten outside remain blue!
also please explain why cleaning it with wd40 destroy the value of the helmet?
