Hi, that's not a reissue and not a M16 helmet. This is some kind of lightweight /fire brigade?/ helmet.

The seller states that it's not a lightweight, altough it has netted ventholes. Maybe it's replaced lugs?

I think its one of the many Austrian varieties, used by police, firebrigade, luftschutz, etc.
