Using paypal generally reduces the risk, but....... where have I heard of Ebonia ?

Just a note about this listing.......
The item is offered with paypal as a payment option and has the full $1000 buyer protection in effect. (It's right there in the listing under "about the seller").
That means that the seller has to have a "verified" account with paypal and regardless of of being in BF Egypt or anything else, it's a pretty safe transaction as long as you use paypal.
Not all paypal accepting sellers have verified accounts and have the high limit protection, but this one does.

the guy has been selling fish soup for 1cent and free shipping It looks like phoney transactions to boost his pos feedback score? seems very strange non the less.

Actually........ this might be completely legit, but I was mistaken on the paypal protection. I was looking at the wrong seller.
This one only has the basic $200. That's still better than nothing and the fact that he has a paypal account at all, really minimizes the chances of a fraud.
Most of the out n out thiefs want you to send them a money order or cash.

Even still........ the buyer is going to be waiting about a month to see if the thing shows up. I think postal shipping in Ebonia is with ox cart.
Wouldn't be worth the tension to me.

Well this guy says he is in Estonia on the camo listing but on those other sales says he is in Riga Latvia. Stay away on this one

i think you'd be mad to bid on this.
Ask him for photos with his username on a piece of paper next to the helmet.
This is a commonly used way on ebay to verify the seller has the goods.

With regards to paypal, there is no buyer protection offered on here since the seller has less than 50 feedback
