See that I'm not telling any tales...

I have my own ideas of what is going on here...

Well I would suggest that all ebay communications re- fraud from Mr Croutch should either be posted here or sent to the MOD

Willy, I wouldn't have choose economy parcel: it takes too long, specially for an expensive item. I mean: It takes about 4/6 weeks for delivery from USA to Europe, if it takes longer the seller will tell you "no worries, it's on it way".You'll wait a little bit longer and if nothing arrives it'll be to late from Ebay claim.
As well I'm not confident witll western union: if you get ripped off, you can't claim! With paypal you can get your money back...
And 2 auctions for the same RARE and UNIQUE item I would be scared....

            Hans,

I asked him to send me good quality pictures of the helmet pictured with today's newspaper (date) to prove to me he really owns the helmet... I also insisted on registred mail or DHL (AFTER I had received the invoice, of course...) I also asked him to give me his full name instead of 'Dk Crouch'... Now I know it must be 'Derek Crouch'....But NO REPLY from the seller on ANY of these questions...

In fact on another forum (M.C.F.) I read that during the auction, 'the seller' (Dk Crouch) was thinking this helmet was bad or questionable... It was only AFTER the end of the auction that someone informed him that the decal is a good one and that same person suggested Dk Crouch to bail out of this auction... because he would sell a helmet worth over 2000 USD for only 530 USD...

And therefore I dare say that, NOW, EVERY EXCUSE IS GOOD TO CANCEL THIS EBAY AUCTION.... Even made up stories about strange hackers and Ebay fraud...
Well... Let's suppose it is fraud for a moment. Why would that fraudulent person give me an invoice with Dk Crouch's address to send the money to???

            Kind regards,
            Gerd V

You're right Gerd: when it smells, don't go!
Maybe you'll get a negative feedback wut It's better than losing money. If "Mr" Ebay regulator comes to you, just reply that the seller didn't give garantees for the deal.
Maybe he doesn't read newspaper???? It'll be hard for a today picture then....

                    Dear Derek sir,

If you claim to be the victim of fraud and you say you have contacted ebay of this and also all the other 15 buyers, could you please provide screenshots of these emails with the dates they were send? In I do mean ALL 15 buyers... In my opinion you will be unable to show these as there was only one legit buyer (the first time it sold) being yours truely...

                    Perry,
Here are the IP adresses of the emails with the lousy pictures 'Dk Crouch' has sent me... Please check them with the posts by Derek Crouch on this forum...

                    68.142.200.81
                    68.142.200.75
                    68.142.200.74

It's obvious a member of this forum isn't telling the whole thruth here and seems to get away with it as well...

                      Perry,

Derek C was online an read this thread...

No reply... Just like not replying to my emails... Ebay has been informed 2 times by now... Will we really allow this attidude on this forum?? An Ebay auction result is considered as a contract... It's very clear that Mr Crouch is trying to win time and doesn't want to stick to that contract because the helmet he expected to be bad turns out to be real... A WAF forum member screwing another WAF forum member...
                      GREAT!!

And Yes! I will continue this thread until he gets what he diserves and will not only bail out from the Ebay auction, but will also be banned from ebay and this forum...

                      Kind regards,
                      Gerd V

Sorry, I don't cloud the very big issue of a WAF member, i was just talking about what it seems to be an Ebay rip off, nothing more, nothing less.

                            An oh...
Remember it was put up for auction a 2nd time after I won it for 535....
Another Ebay user bought it for 500 USD and sent Dk Crouch from ****, ** a money order yesterday...

Today that buyer received a message that the money order will be returned... He was told that he made a mistake relisting the helmet... He also told that buyer that he has received several email that the helmet is a fake...
And who do you think returned the money order? Not a mysterious, computer nerd, unknown, third person who had stolen pictures and put them for sale on Ebay... No,
                            mister DK Crouch, ******************

If you do an online search a certain "Derek Crouch" lives on that address...

Mr Croutch I think you are doing a very good job of commiting yourself to perjurey regarding your last posting as it seems it was written by a Latvian.
