          1 helmet... 2 auctions... 2 highest bidders...

Who will get the helmet... ???

          IMO no one !!!

I think this guy will soon get kicked from Ebay...

It would have been too beautiful

          Kind regards,

This seems to be more and more a trend that is developing - stealing photos and selling them as if you had the helmet - and then doing it over, and over again. Just like the Thomak guy from Poland we just shared about from Poland. I can only guess this form of fraud will continue. Doesn't seem like Ebay cares much about it.-C

                        Hi Derek,

If I understand it right, you are telling you are not the person who has put this helmet on Ebay...???

The person who's selling it and who uses the username dk001100 is active on Ebay since Dec-03-04.. So this Ebay-user isn't you?

The real seller is in my opinion the one who will receive all the money from this "transaction"...
I needed to send my money with western union money order to the following address:
                        DK Crouch
                        ****, VA 22637
(edited after, the addressee got p*ssed...)

So this isn't your address I recon?

                        regards,
                        Gerd V

                          Derek,

Is it possible that someone got your ebay password? B/C what Gerd brings up raises some questions.

ebay password and login for his mail adress as well ??

what would be the benefit for the scammer that did this ?

                              Derek call me today....

Let the auctions run and e-mail the buyer with a picture and proof it's yours.
