Some pictures of a new helmet in my collection.

A M35 DD LW with the early "bentleg" eagle decal.
Size: SE68.
Marked: Fliegergruppe Lübeck I / 167.

The info i got about the markings (Thanks Gerd) is that it´s from Sturzkampfgeschwader 167, formed in 1937, had this name only one year!! Located in Lübeck-Blankenese (see chinstrap Fliegerhorstkommandantur Lübeck-Bl.).

Super! That liner and chinstrap are a dream, and I think that is about as perfect an example of that bird as you'll ever find.
That's a good one to use as a comparison for the graphic details of what to look for.

There is a fake snake out there now that is fooling people and this one would be a good one to have in your files to use as a comparison, if you were in the market to get one.
