Your helmet looks OK to me from the photographs. One correction though, it is a Feuerwehr helmet and not Polizei.Comment

Thanks schupo,,,,I always thought this type of Eagle was Polizei,,would this be Feurwehr Polizei???? I had no idea a FW helm would have the swaz on it,,Would the normal polizei helmet have a green eagle shield on it?Iam Uncle Sam

The Feuerwehr was integrated into the police structure after 1934-1936 so they wore the same style of decals as the regular police. Actually, this bordered decal is specifically a FW decal but was worn by regular policemen on green helmets after 1941 (according to Baer). Police helmets are normally green and FW helmets are normally black. We can determine this helmet is Feuerwehr (professional or volunteer) by the pad in the top of the helmet above the liner and the leather tabs for a leather havelock. Many people think these helmets are "police" because of the decals. While they were worn by the "professional" fire departments, i.e. Feuerschutzpolizei or Feuerl******246;schpolizei, they were not worn by regular policemen, i.e. Ordnungspolizei or Schutzpolizei personnel.
