SS Helmets

I am thinking of buying an SS helmet. Due to their expence I am going to buy only one. Which would be the biggest bang for the buck M35,40,42 single or double decal. Also who is the best most knowledgeable dealers to inquire of. Also which reference books would you guys reccomend........................ ....Thanks in advance Jimmy

THE book is "SS Steel" by Kelly Hicks. You really need to buy this first before thinking of buying any SS helmet.

A m40/42 single decal SS is likely what you want but even these when real nice are closing in on $5K.
