    EF 64 SS decal

    Hi guys I saw this helmet with SS decal ...
    It is EF64 ...
    what do you think about the decal ..it seems legit to me ...
    what do you think ?
    of course the chinstrap was added by the vet and not original

    EF decal should not appear on M40. This is the first M40 example I have seen with my own eyes, and I can't believe it! Congratulations to its owner!

      Looks like a good EF to me , indeed rarely seen on M40. But this one looks alright. Can we see more. Looks like a strange chinstrap.

            Looks like a good EF, if so a very rare lid. It should not be emphatically dissed in my opinion.

              I agree, this looks good and if it turns out to be real, pretty exciting to see an M40 with that decal. Is it yours Martin, or do you have the option to acquire it? It would be good to see the inside too - maker markings, lot number, liner, rivets, etc.

                M35 it is not mine for the moment it is out of the woodwork from a 93 years old French vet And I have an option on it and gave him an offer ,....
                hope it will work
                if I can catch I will show you all of it you will not be desapointed it is really a nice combat lid

                    Now that is a fantastically rare helmet never seen an EF M40 SS but that EF decal certainly looks the goods.
