Can anyone point out which decal this is in the new Hicks book. I would like to compare it to see the differences . Thanks

This one tries to copy a C.A. Pocher 1st pattern decal, but it fails miserably. Kelly has a number of good images of real Pochers in his book.

I agree with what's already been said.....A bad attempt to fake a decal/helmet....Bodes
