    Black Paintet m35 think is a good one?

    I get a chance to pay this one as the seller says it came from the owner that the helmet has paintet black as soon i get some new pics i will post sem.

    To my dups i have is the liner this is a good one?
    The rest looks ok for me bud may you will see some stuff that i missed, that will help me much thanks for youre replay.













    The chin strap is datet with 1938 Otto .... Mühlhausen.

      From the Factory Code where the Black is removed i think i can see the applegreen but not sure of that behind the liner you can see some green to bud thats not match the same as i have stored in my house?
      May my monitor is tu much black with the settings thats why i asket in the forum .


      On the end you can see some use i duno how its calls in english where the black ends also the riverds and splitpins show some use to the color the helmet was wear from 1939 up to 1945.

      Also the Owner is show in the helmet bud i cant see it on the pics i ask for some more off them may it will helps bud i think i get a new lit next weak .

              There maybe a decal or two under the black paint, certainly worth closer investigation.

                Definately original paint inside, and I bet upon removal of the black paint, there will be remains of decals and the original green paint!

                      Normaly i dont need right now a M35 Heer bud as it is with all the other stuff may we miss some thats the feeling.
                      Iam curenntly waiting for a better price of it bud i have a goot feeling of it i think i will geht them.
                      Show you more infos the days.

                      Btw what did you think remove the black ore leeve it where it is.
                      In my options the black is a old paintet one.

                      One decal you see from the pic that is show bud other saite iam waiting from the seller for a pic.

                          Yes there is deffinately a decal underneath that paint.. I am not sure about the black paint, don't think that this paint is wartime, but postwar applied. You don't see many black camouflaged helmets from the wartime period.
                          It's more likely that this helmets is painted over after the war to become of use for the fire brigade..

                          I therefore would remove the paint carefully! Talk to Ty he knows how to handle this ..
