Police Helmet w/ big swastika

Gents, Here is another helmet I have had for a long time. Black police (not sure what type?) with large tilted swastika and tilted national colors. Looks good on display. Liner tired but there. I f someone knows what type of police unit had this type of helmet, I would appreciate it Thanks
