M-35 Luft w/ ? decal

Gents, This is one of the first helmets I picked up. didn't cost much - so I bought it. I have never believed the decal was genuine. Since we are all playing the Stay at Home gamer, I thought I would share it. Clearly a Luft color with nice liner. Only remnants of as chinstrap remain. It is faint but I can see ET and just the tops of numbers, lot # 2934. For your review and opinions. Thanks

It's a nice helmet Rich but you're right about the decal. It would look much better without that..... a good no decal repaint. You could probably get that decal off of there by scraping with your fingernail or soak it with a warm wet cloth for a while.
