M-40 SD Army

Gents, I obtained this helmet from a fellow collector who wanted to thin things down a bit. I didn't really need this one but he had a solid collection and really took care to display things well. I purchased this helmet and a number of combat badges. This is a Q64, lot #337, M-40. Has nice liner and strap. Size circular stamp on liner but hard to read. Really nice decal. for your review and comments. Thanks

very nice M40 Bigfoot with intact decal. I like factory painting. BigFoot are my favorite Heer decals.

BigFoot decal changed in 1943 with a thin eagle. I don t know why
