Heer M-35 DD Q 66: Is it to Be or Not to Be, That is the Question?

Gentlemen:

I stopped by and old pal's house today and he brought this helmet out, saying he had his doubts about the adler decal being newer than the national colors. Clearly, the adler does indeed look far newer, but I am not sure if it rises to being fake, which I just do not see likely, or even replaced, but I am also not a Heer helmet guy.

the darker shell color with lighter pins is quite common with these late Quists.
