I am not very familiar with these and I came across this one in a grouping. I have received mixed review and would love some additional opinions.

Looks like a Spanish-made replacement for those veterans that lost their German-awarded medals or wanted an additional piece. There was a similar one for sale on the Estand some weeks ago.
