Another Italian Tent Section WWII???

Hello
This tent section was listed on ebay, can someone confirm it is Italian WW2??
It is a slightly different cut in that it has the head hole , but no horseshoe shaped flap. I can't see any big eyelets either?, can someone please comment.

It looks like the french immediate postwar ponchos made in original cloth ...
