Occupation medal rare ?

Hello Gents ...i spotted one of these Occupation of Yugoslavia medals on the net that i have an example of my self ..but it was described as 'Rare'..!?...is it a rare medal ?..i never heard this said !...Semovente

Commemorative medals were issued to other Regio Esercito higher formations as well. I’m not aware of particularly limiting award criteria or of so fewawards to class it as rare. BTW, a zinc alloy quality existed too, either a maker's variation or a later production.

Thanks Marco...yes strange !?....i have had my example for years , but never heard it described as Rare !!..no doubt the sellers attempts to rack up the price of the one i looked at on flea bay..😒 !?

I've seen this medal being offered for sale for anything between 25 and 40 euros, whereas another dealer sings the praises of it and charges 130 euros for it ... you know, it's business.
