2 eagles for ID please

Hi Guys

This is outside of my usual stuff so was hoping someone could please give me a hand and tell me what these are?

The breast eagle I'm guessing may be an Italian made example for German use due to the similarity to the Heer eagle although the area where the swastika would be has been embroidered very differently- would be grateful for any ideas on that one!

The first one should be a cap badge for a Royal Police officer.

I think the one thats not Italian is something to do with the Malaysian Police !...the same winged Malay Kris dagger features in this police badge !..but further digging has so far drawn a blanc !!...

Thanks for the help Guys! Really interesting - I hadn't considered the 2nd one could show a winged dagger but you may well be correct- I will do some digging

Maybe not totaly 100%..but it does look like a Malay Kris dagger with the double curved blade and the Malay police was the nearest similar design to it ?!..also there is some lettets inside the circle below !..but not able to make them out ?!...Semovente..
