Italian made m33 but with this stencil Spanish used.
I believe Franco Guards.

Looks like the liner has been out a point?
The prongs of the rear rivet look that way.

Such a stenciled helmet is normally referred to the Spanish dictator’s security detail , but its true attribution is still being argued. It has been speculated that the front insignia denotes just Spanish Cavalry. Reference material and/or period pics haven't been found so far, AFAIK.
