Hard to say from these pics but: the insignia is not regulation, I can't say if fake or field made and the chinstrap has also problems. Maybe is ok but the rivets are wrong, not regulations.

Helmet has been repainted recently. Obvious too see.
Shell, shell rivets, liner and strap are ww2 issue. The strap rivets are new, too, as already mentioned above.
