The visor looks in plastic, so I would say it's a recent make, of course of the horse artillery, as said.

The brown visor and the greenish-brown body cloth (typical of the post-WW2 Italian Army clothing) suggests that this specimen is modern. BTW the traditional Horse Artillery kepy was reintroduced in 1950.
