Looking to ID the country these uniforms are from.

I'm leaning towards Romanian officers...however their pocket flaps are usually straight...not curved.,..
Definitely Eastern European!

I looked again at this photo and inparticular the man sat to the right and the eye is drawn to what decoration is on his breast pocket ? ...well it almost looks like the top of a Nazi Coburg award !?......i think it was about 1932 that it was awarded to the SA etc !

Note besides the uniform cut also the collar tabs...Appears to be a match!

I don't think it is the Coburg Badge because in the photo the hilt of the sword goes extends further than the Coburg Badge does.

The guy on the left might be wearing the ribbon for the Greek WW1 War Cross.

I still think eastern europe ..look at these Polish eppaulettes and compare the guy on the lefts same eppaulette !?

I think the collar insignia and lack of a collar tresse might be an issue.
