Did WW2 Italian steel helmets have date stamps? If so, are they easy to decipher or are they coded? I have a Bersaglieri helmet w/plume holder. Thanks.
Not the helmet occasionally you can find an embossed stamp on the liner . The codes on the steel are helmet manufactures codes . Post photos of the helmet easiest way to date it.
