Meaning of OM marking on silverware

What is the meaning of this OM on what seems to be a piece of Fascist Italian silverware?

Perhaps related......OM is a maker mark found on scarce Luftwaffe pilot/pilot observer badges which, to this date, is unattributed. Some have stated it could be for Oskar (??) Meybauer, but there is no "hard" evidence for this assumption. No other badges are known to be marked with OM maker mark.

I think it can be "Ospedale Militare".
        Btw, it can be everything.

Thansk guys. I assumed this would be easily identifiable by Italian collectors, just as WL, WH, SS, SD, etc, are immediately identifiable to German collectors.
I unfortunately dont have the details of exactly where this was found, so not much context that could help...

not pulling up any images on google for military hospital but that would make sense
