Can anyone out there tell me what Italian rank this is? I have heard everything from Lieutenant Colonel to Major General. I have seen it affixed to the side of a bustina and the side of a fez. Thank you, Chris

Generale di Corpo D'Armata , what I see seems on the side of a bustina ( a bit weird the reddish underneath the stars and crown compared with the felt under the rank ) , not sure you can see this rank on a fez . Google " gradi regio esercito " and you can see images of all ranks .
