Duilio has no medals listed from Spain yet he has a kill and his medal list starts in
1942 where Giulio list ends in 1941 .

Here it is.
Giulio Bernardi got a bronze valor medal in Spain because he voulnteered for a dangerous mission.

He also got one or two (not clear) valour crosses in WW2,

In the italian Kia's databank we have 3 men with the same name. The third one can be him, as he was from Trento as well. Unfortunately there are no further informations. Interestingly, the day of death is very close to the date of the valour cross award.
