WW2/Post War Alpine M33

A little out of my depth here, picked this up today in a job lot of Militaria, an M33 which I think dates from WW2 but possibly has a post war liner and judging by the layers of paints, has seen several years of use. I can count 7/8 layers of paint, tan, greens and the white outer. Can anyone unpick it's probable use ?

Hello garys39...it a early M33..by the 1st type rivets & it has a alpine feather holder..as you said a few layers paint ..the helmet stencil has been sprayed on.. so re painted at a later date.. but not wartime job....the M33 helmet man is Tankredi ...he can no doubt tell you more if you contact him....Semovente

Judging by the multiple layers of paint (dark green and brown) under the white I believe could be a post ww2 repainted ex Spanish Civil war m33.
However, quality of the pictures is pretty bad.

I'd like to see detail pictures of:
- the eagle
- rivets outside
- rivets inside
- detail of paint on inside of the shell
