Square Italian Khaki/Tan zeltbahn

Hi Guys,

I have this square zeltbahn. If I'm correct it's a Italian made shelter?
It has brown Bakelite button's
Can someone confirm it's a original piece and if so, are they rare?

yes, its an Italian pre ww2 shelter. Also used later in the North African campaign.
There a not really rare...especially not in such mediocre conditions.

Thanks! I've only found a old topic(2007) of such kind of shelter:

'The square tent is italian production, there were produced with camo print and, really rare, in tan colour. And both of them were used by german troops.
The triangle tents were produced in Germany with italian fabric'

currently there are 3 of these khaki colored Italian zeltbahns on ebay.de...
