Dutch Traffic Control Armband Original?

Any thoughts on this armband? I am suspicious of it but I have not had one before. The stamp on the back is blurred but you can clearly see amsterdam in it. Let me know your thoughts please

Looks nice to me! They were looking for black market goods/contraband etc...
stopping people on their bicycles at check points....
Not much (car) traffic in Holland during the occupation...unless its German army but you did translate it correctly!
Worn by the Landwacht which used the grenade emblem as shown on the ink stamp.
Looks believable to me! Probably taken home to Canada by a Vet who served in Holland.
