My opinion was only theoretical. In fact, the photo quality is so bad that giving a sensible judgment is how to make the jackpot in the lottery. To do so, it would be required much clearer images of the entire headgear, including the interior and the rank's rectangle.

Price was up there a bit. But I couldn't tell if it was good or not from the crappy pics of the insignia.
